Hired as general contractor to handle gas line replacement in a 28 units in an apartment building.
The project included demolition, organizing plumbers, installation and design of new gas line routes, and testing of lines throughout the building, repairing damaged plaster and repainting of kitchens to matching existing.
Worked with architect and building management company to ensure safety and minimize damage to existing units, handled required inspections by DOB, Con Edison and building management to meet all stringent time constraints.
